1. Site ownership

The site campusciae.com is owned by GECIAE S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter "the Owner"), with address at Predio Benjamina, Camino al Tazajal, La Victoria, Hermosillo, Sonora, CP 83304, Mexico.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the site, the user accepts these terms and conditions of use, as well as the published privacy notice. If you don't agree with any of the terms, please do not use the site.

3. Content use

Content published on this site (texts, images, renders, LEED scorecard, construction journal) is:

• Intellectual property of GECIAE S.A. de C.V. and/or its partners (Tribo Soluciones Sostenibles, Petterson & Petterson, partner universities).
• Informational: reflects the current project state. Does not constitute contract, binding commercial offer, or official representation of certifications not yet issued.
• Reproducible with authorized citation: content may be cited in academic, journalistic and educational publications, with attribution to "Campus CIAE — campusciae.com" and link to the original resource.

4. Prohibited use

Not authorized:

• Commercial reproduction without prior written authorization from the Owner.
• Modification, alteration or creation of derivative works that distort original content.
• Use of content for fraudulent, illegal purposes or harming third parties.
• Use of Campus CIAE / GECIAE logo, brand or visual identity without formal authorization.
• Massive automated content extraction (scraping) that affects site performance.

5. Declared certifications

Certifications LEED v5 Platinum and EDGE v3.1 Advanced are project objectives, not already-issued certificates. Official issuance is scheduled for March 2027. Until then, the scorecard published on this site is the project's working version, not the official certification. Official post-issuance verification at usgbc.org/projects.

6. Links to external sites

The site links to other Grupo Empresarial CIAE sites (ciae.com.mx, psenergia.com.mx, grupoied.com, limson.com.mx, uiie.com.mx, uiie.mx, oc-ciae.com, geciae.com), to USGBC and EDGE Buildings, and to partner universities. The Owner is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of external sites. The terms of use of each linked site apply when visiting them.

7. Liability limitation

The Owner makes reasonable efforts to keep site content updated, accurate and verifiable. However, it does not guarantee total absence of errors, omissions or obsolete information. Use of the site is at user's responsibility. The Owner is not responsible for direct, indirect or consequential damages derived from site use or information obtained from it.

8. Site modifications

The Owner reserves the right to modify, suspend or delete content from the site at any time, without prior notice. When such changes affect substantive terms of use, they are announced on this page with update date.

9. Privacy

The processing of personal data collected through this site is governed by the comprehensive privacy notice, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any controversy or claim, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.
