Architectural design

Arch. Luar Petterson

Architect from ITESM. Project Director at Petterson and partner at Kinetec. His career stands out for leading the management of complex constructions on time and quality, and for executing strategic architectural design that maximizes land value across industrial, commercial and residential sectors. This integral experience working with high-level clients allows him to advise investors from the initial conception of the real estate business. In his practice, Luar achieves a unique balance: he fuses technical rigor and technological innovation with a deep artistic, cultural and humanitarian vocation when conceiving each space.

At Campus CIAE, responsible for the design of the industrial warehouse and the 14 shipping containers that form the campus primary structure. Defines the architectural intervention of each module: cuts, openings, corten steel stairs, R-18 insulation and Low-VOC finishes.
